Estimated delivery times
ETAs may vary depending on the customer’s location and customs’ policies. The pandemic has created additional measures that can cause delays on orders. Some countries may hold orders due to the pandemic’s policies or even quarantine them. Please keep in mind that SOLIDPOP cannot control these delays. All delivery times are an estimation only, from when shipped not when an order is placed, and can vary accordingly. Processing time can vary depending on the product and stock availability. We cannot guarantee any delivery dates.
Fees/Taxes
International shipping and customs services may charge additional fees/taxes, which – if applicable – are payable by the recipient, not SOLIDPOP.
*Economy Untracked Shipping
This is our cheapest shipping option for customers who don’t mind waiting. It does not include a tracking number. If you’re in a hurry or want to be able to track your package, we advise that you choose Tracked or Express shipping methods.
If you want to simulate the shipping cost of your order, just add it to the cart and it will give you an estimate as well as all shipping options. Please note that shipping costs may vary depending on the products. Some products are heavier in weight therefore shipping will be higher on those items.
